Saturday I sat the written boastmaster’s exam and then on Sunday had the oral exam (just like the road code) where they also ask you to tie a few knots. Well passed the exam and have my certificate.Â
Just need to get a bit more practical experience and should be sweet. Thinking a bareboat trip in the Whitesundays next summer – anyone keen??
For those who them Woza and Beige also did the course and passed. They (6 of them?)Â are off to the West Indies on a boyz trip, hiring a bareboat and sailing the Islands for the 2007 Cricket World Cup – What a trip!!!

great stuff on passing the exams Hardman. My old mans got a nice shiny certificate the same as yours – make sure you watch out for each other on the Waitemata eh?
