My name is Craig, aka Hardman, now don’t ask how I got my nickname, you just need to know it has been with me for over 20 years now! (I’m sure it has something to do with my old and close friends passing it on and it just seems to have stuck around!)
I was born in New Zealand (NZ), and we are normally called “Kiwis” after our national bird.

Why Pikihia?
Piki(hia) is a New Zealand Māori word that translates into english as: climb, ascend.
So I chose the name because;
1. I’m interested in climbing and trekking
2. All the english climbing .com URL’s are taken and Māori language needs to be promoted
3. The word has a nice ring to it and it can have many other meanings like reaching for your goals and aspirations
